Louisiana (pronounced: "LOO-syana! ayeee!") is a Gulf state in the southern United States. It is a humid, swampy state which enjoys seasonal hurricanes. It borders Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and the Gulf of Mexico. The state began with Louise and Anna, sitting by the bay, putting on rouge. The French rolled down the Mississippi River from Canada to escape blandness and renamed the capital "Baton Rouge". There are people in Louisiana who still speak a language which is derived from French.
95% of the population live in tar paper shacks, the other 5% reside in 19th century plantation homes (either as house servants or private prostitutes).
The state is ethnically diverse and its culture is completely unique. The cuisine is mostly comprised of bottom-feeding swamp monsters, mud, and insanely hot spices. People from Louisiana have a unique ability to get women to flash for plastic beads.
