Jogging

A common form of exercise, jogging is a moderately vigorous cardio-vascular activity meant to promote better health and endurance. Jogging can be performed alone, but is best done with a partner, pairs being the most common, with some opting to jog in larger groups. Pants are optional.

At spacefem.com we love to talk about jogging. We talk about our favorite jogging positions, jogging techniques, tips for jogging when you're tired, and how to find a jogging partner or group. Some of our members have been jogging since high school, while others are still waiting to go jogging until they find the right partner, which is fine. Either way we all think about jogging all the time.
